An intellectual with a sharp wit and astute focus, Lindsay Johns is a seasoned attorney with an impressive breadth of experience.

Licensed in both California and Virginia, she specializes in entertainment, immigration and family law. Her experience also extends to personal injury, labor and employment, art restitution, insurance, and environmental law. Truly talented, her strong technical skillset and impressive depth of knowledge were built by her formal education in Washington, DC and unyielding work ethic.

Lindsay garnered valuable insight working on Capitol Hill for Congressman Kevin Yoder during the 2012 congressional term. Always looking to give back, she also became a Marshall Brennan Constitutional Literary Project Fellow at Washington College of Law. This provided her the opportunity to donate her time to teach a semester-long law course on 4th Amendment rights to high school students at an inner-city DC public charter school.

As an immigration attorney, Lindsay helped countless immigrants receive their citizenship through the EB1 and EB2 National Interest Waiver employment-based visa categories.

As an entertainment attorney, Lindsay worked as a Court Producer for an internationally-known celebrity TV show with a legal spin, which gave her a high level of expertise in research and investigating.  The stories she produced have been read and republished around the world.

Lindsay is an adept communicator with keen intuition.  Her past positions in real estate marketing, human resources and insurance afford her a unique wisdom and the ability to view a problem or situation from an angle others often do not see.

Lindsay holds a JD from American University, Washington College of Law and a BS in Pre-Law from Missouri Southern State University.

In her free time Lindsay loves visiting Disney, cooking, hitting the gym, and spending time with her family and her Yorkie Poo, Princess.
